We are excited to welcome a new Senior Sales Manager that will not only lead our existing Account Executive team, but will also work closely with our Marketing, Customer Success & Product teams to ensure a seamless buyer engagement throughout the buyer journey. The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for helping craft & execute repeatable sales motions that help land & expand paying customers. This role ensures efficiency in every sales conversation and has fingerprints on our sales process. In addition, you’ll be responsible for helping identify new business opportunities with prospects, converting them to paying customers, and expanding them company wide with Guru. This role also collaborates with our Business Operations team to ensure KPIs are in place to help provide insight into what is working well and where we can improve. Responsibilities include: team building, strategic coaching, playbook execution, hiring & training, defining moments along the buying journey for sales engagement and much more!

Note: Disclosure as required by relevant state law of the base salary compensation range for this role when being hired in Colorado, New York and Washington. The base salary compensation range for the position outlined is $126,000- $170,000. You may also be offered incentive stock options and benefits. Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Paid sick leave, Paid parental leave, Paid family leave, Paid holidays, Mental health and wellbeing offerings, HSA/FSA available (where applicable), Office set-up reimbursement, Life and accidental death and dismemberment coverage, Short & long term disability coverage, and a Company-issued laptop and accessories.
The final job level and compensation will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, years of relevant experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, geographic location, and other business considerations.
