GMS is seeking a professional administrative assistant to support our team. Candidates must be exceptionally well-organized and conscientious, responsible and professional, and demonstrate maturity and accountability. The selected candidate will primarily support the Executive Vice President and leadership team with tasks such as scheduling, preparing for meetings, organizing files, formatting documents, printing materials, maintaining a QA/QC tracking spreadsheet, serving as liaison with IT, research, time-tracking, management of supplies and other related areas of support.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills Requirements:
At least five (5) years of administrative or comparable experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong verbal and writing skills
Exceptional professionalism
Exceptional organizational skills
Strong work ethic
Ability to meet internal and external deadlines
Ability to understand and respond accordingly to urgent tasks
Willingness to collaborate in a team environment
