This position is responsible for the delivery of a broad array of services to all victims and witnesses of adult and juvenile offender crimes. This position also ensures victims of their rights established in the Crime Victims’ Act for victims of adult offenders and those other rights established under the law. This position is responsible for following the policies and procedures developed by the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) and the Cumberland County District Attorney (DA) for Victim Services Division (VSD) personnel and services.

Minimum starting compensation: $17.98/hour or $35,061.00/year (37.5 hour work weeks)

Qualifications
A. EDUCATION/TRAINING: High school graduate. Experience with Windows, Microsoft software, and Microsoft Excel. Good typing skills. Must take training as required by PCCD, Human Resources and the Court Program Manager.
B. WORK EXPERIENCE: 2 years’ experience working in an office.
C. CLEARANCES: Must have completed PA State Police Response for Criminal Record Check (Employment), PA Child Abuse History Certification (Employment), Certificate of Completion of Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse (Mandated Reporting), and FBI Fingerprints Based Record Check.
