As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Gitty Inc, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by identifying and qualifying potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and strategic lead generation. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential clients in the startup ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies.
  • Engage with leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Articulate Gitty Inc's value proposition and tailor messages to resonate with the needs of potential clients.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Research industry trends and stay informed about the startup landscape to identify new business opportunities.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of outbound efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role.
  • Understanding of the tech startup ecosystem and recruiting industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
