The Administrative Assistant supports an office group for the Sales Division

• Clerical work includes routing calls to department personnel, maintaining customer files, manage e-mail & written correspondence
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries
• Taking notes and minutes in meetings
• Ordering and taking stock of office supplies
• Assist in preparation of sales quoting
• Provide Switchboard relief as needed
• Other general office duties as assigned

Required Skills:

Working knowledge of Microsoft office with skills in Word and Excel.

Ability to compose business correspondence in both formal letter and e-mail formats.

Preference for mathematical skills for order quoting and calculations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
