DESCRIPTION:

G2 is seeking a candidate for the Recruiting Administrative Assistant role at the San Fransico International Airport, San Fransico, CA . The ideal candidate will have an HS diploma and two (2) or more years of office experience, preferably experience in the HR/Recruiting field. This role will provide administrative support and coordinate the day-to-day operation of the recruiting team. The function of this role is to assist in the hiring and onboarding of new employees for the DFW operation and other assigned operations in the Western Division.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. High School diploma or equivalent

2. Two (2) years of office experience

3. Strong organizational and customer service skills

4. Strong verbal and written communication skills

5. Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, typing, and filing

6. Ability to work as a team while focusing on details

7. Must have a reliable mode of communication and transportation

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

8. Prior experience in the HR/Recruiting field

9. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

10. Experience with an applicant tracking system

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

1. Perform clerical duties as directed

2. Answer telephone, screen calls, take messages, and provide information according to established policies

3. Answer routine inquiries and draft correspondence

4. Complete and maintain personnel files, where applicable. Assist in setting up the office system

5. Order office supplies. Assist in the care and maintenance of department equipment

6. Assistance with scheduling and coordinating hiring events, onboarding, and new hire orientation

7. Responsible for compliance with I-9 management

8. Review files for compliance and notify the Manager of compliance deficiencies

9. Keep supervisor informed of needs and problems in assigned areas, maintain the cleanliness of immediate work area, and report maintenance needs

10. Project a positive image and respond to inquiries from clients, staff, and the public in a courteous manner

11. Adhere to company policies and procedures and participate in achieving company objectives.

12. Perform other duties as requested

13. Serve as backup for new hire orientation
