The Business Development Manager will leverage excellent phone sales, presentation skills and the ability to spin sell like a champion in medium-sized groups and in one-on-one arenas. You will contribute strong B2B sales experience to help expand new markets and grow our organization. Must have an “all- hands-on-deck attitude”, a willingness to pitch in and get things done. This position reports to General Manager.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to generate accounts/leads.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to generate a steady job count.
- Call on and present to medium sized groups and one-on-one, providing technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations, and quoting appropriate prices.
- Call on adjusters and contractors to develop relationships for future revenue streams.
- Expanding existing customers and building customer loyalty.
- Work with sales leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and employment engagement initiatives.
- Meet pre-determined revenue goals through individual activities and activities of direct reports.
- Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications.
- High School graduation or equivalent
- Previous experience in a sales representative role, preferably B2B, a plus!
- One year of prior management experience or demonstrated willingness and ability to learn management basics.

- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting

- Demonstrated capacity to think “outside the box”, communicate and sell new ideas.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Salary of $65,000 - $75,000 plus commission
