Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative that is a hard-working, competitive, and self-motivated individual. They have already succeeded in similar roles and want to grow their career in our fast-paced sales organization.

Successful BDR’s can advance to a direct sales position or potentially manage a team of BDR’s.

In This Role You Will:

  • Manage and develop a database of leads.
  • Conduct high volume prospecting to generate qualified leads (between 40 and 60 emails and/or calls per day)
  • Schedule online sales calls for assigned account executives. 
  • Conduct needs assessment calls with specific prospects as assigned.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the Director of Sales to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans.
  • Ensure proper quality and quantity of demonstration meetings.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Previous successful business development experience
