Your role as a Talent Acquisition Partner: On the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for managing and facilitating the Bank’s professional recruitment process with assigned business areas. As a brand ambassador for the Bank, you will promote our unique value proposition and Total Rewards philosophy. You will engage with employees to promote career development and internal mobility by leveraging a wide range of available resources, while also bringing in top talent that can have an impactful career with purpose as part of a mission-driven organization. Key responsibilities include: Manage and facilitate full recruitment lifecycle (from sourcing to hiring) - providing guidance, insights and ensure a smooth and efficient process while engaging with high volume of professional applicants. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders as a trusted advisor on strategic objectives in identifying strong talent to meet business needs. Use innovative approaches to source passive candidates and be proactive on building and maintaining a pipeline of strong and diverse talent. Partner and collaborate with People & Engagement teams across the group to ensure recruitment deliverables and challenges are managed effectively. Ensure full compliance with Bank policies, practices, guidelines, and procedures, as well as Federal and State Laws. Represent the Bank at various in-house events, Career Fairs and Conferences, as requested. What we are looking for: The ideal candidate would have experience with the full recruitment lifecycle with demonstrated experience fostering a positive candidate experience and consultative approach with clients. Direct or related experience in Talent Acquisition. Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence and drive progress to run an efficient process. Ability to negotiate and be an effective communicator. Ability to maintain data integrity and provide metrics and reporting to business areas to tell a story. Work experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday and proficient in MS Office. Intellectually curious with a confident and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
