Our industry leading Aerospace client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the executive team. This may require after hours support on occasion.
The Executive Assistant will serve as a strategic business partner supporting the executive team through a wide variety of administrative duties as well as support the investor relations function.
The successful candidate will be forward-thinking, anticipating the needs of the executive team; collaborate cross-functionally across the organizationand with external teams; and execute strongly with a focus on details to achieve business objectives.
