Location: Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection. This includes remote work and 1-2 days in office per week.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing enterprise marketing strategies and ensuring the marketing strategy aligns with the enterprise-wide strategy.

How You Will Make an Impact

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Builds market product / marketing plans.
• Assists in product pricing assessment and recommendations.
• Serves as a single point of contact on marketing issues and resolution.
• Coordinates the development and review of communication materials with appropriate resources.
• Leads development of marketing collateral to support marketing plans.
• Coordinates with public relations to support marketing initiatives.
• Provides leadership and direction to marketing support and creative staff.
• Creates consistent way of working to demonstrate the connection between acquisition-engagement-and retention in alignment with the consumer journey to ensure a seamless, consistent experience for members.
• Supports development of sales channel enablement marketing plan.
• Serves as a single point of contact for the sales channel enablement activities on marketing issues and resolution.
• Coordinates the development and review of communication materials with appropriate resources.
• Provides leadership and direction to marketing support and creative staff.
• Leads development of marketing collateral/tactics in support of marketing plans for sales channel enablement plans.

Minimum requirements

• Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences

• Managed care experience preferred.
• Associates in this role are expected to have strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
