Essential Functions:

• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to craft and execute marketing strategies that amplify brand awareness, penetration, and purchase frequency.
• Utilize data and research to gain deep insights into consumer demographics, psychographics, and behavioral drivers, informing targeted marketing initiatives.
• Analyze data to optimize marketing plans and investment decisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop engaging campaign structures to effectively reach consumers across various touchpoints.
• Uphold brand identity and essence across all channels, ensuring consistency and resonance with our target audience.
• Partner with Sales and Customers to implement omni-channel strategies and drive seamless brand experiences.
• Evaluate promotional programs for efficiency and effectiveness, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards across all divisions and departments.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and agency partners, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in developing and executing digital and media strategies to drive brand growth.
• Proficiency in leveraging data, research, and trends to derive actionable insights into consumer behavior.

Required & Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in marketing or brand management. A focus on Industrial Manufacturing or Product Marketing is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience leading teams.
