Job Title: Manager, Digital Marketing
Main Purpose of Job: Digital Content Marketing
Reports to: Director, Marketing
Hours of Work: As required Monday to Friday, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

The Louisville Bats is a subsidiary of Diamond Baseball Holdings (DBH formed in 2021 to support, promote, and enhance Minor League Baseball through professional management, best practices, innovation and investment. The Louisville Bats has been a AAA team located in Louisville, Kentucky since 1982. The Bats have been the AAA affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds since 2000.
The Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for the oversight of all the Louisville Bats website assets, including batsbaseball.com, as well as playing a key role in marketing strategy decisions and execution regarding digital and paid social media advertising budgets. This position will report to and work closely with the Director, Marketing in developing a digital marketing strategy, including Louisville Bats web assets and external marketing spends. The Manager, Digital Marketing will also play a role in internal project management.
