RetireOne leverages proprietary technology to broadly expand the distribution of guaranteed retirement income solutions to the many consumers approaching or in retirement who would never consider a traditional annuity.
Marketing Manager - RetireOne
The Marketing Manager will assist in designing go-to-market strategy and implementing the plan and its execution using a digital first platform. The Marketing Manager must be a strategic and detail-oriented individual and be able to work independently and collaborate closely with partners. The Marketing Manager must be able to craft messaging, think creatively and understand how to run and assess analytics. The Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategy, execution, health, and efficiency of the overall acquisition funnel from awareness to account adoption.
Minimum Qualifications:
· 7 years’ experience of successful digital marketing efforts in the financial services arena
· 7 years marketing with a strong emphasis on digital implementation, lead flow and nurturing
· Experience running and assessing digital analytics to adapt plans and execution and drive marketing effectiveness and efficiency
· Demonstrated experience with the implementation of robust marketing analytics including NPS and other key consumer metrics.
· Familiarity and use of Hubspot Marketing Hub to run marketing activity.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Advanced Marketing degree or a related field
· Preferred experience in the direct-to-consumer arena
· Series 24 license
· An understanding of annuities is preferred.
Position Responsibilities:
· Set the direct-to-consumer marketing strategy to drive engagement and meet the firm’s acquisition and revenue goals.
· An entrepreneurial mind-set, with an ability to think innovatively about how to reach our target audience, create engagement and nurture leads through to acquisition.
· Develop a robust communications plan that includes advertising and PR to build positive awareness and grow response rates.
· Identify best-in-class providers and manage agency and digital platform relationships.
· Manage advertising and P.R. development and creative execution including digital, social, native and opinion leader opportunities.
· Ensure materials are developed in a manner that meets all regulatory requirements.
· Clearly articulate overall strategy, tactics and results to senior management and partners.
· Spearhead collaboration with our partner marketing organizations and other cross functional groups to ensure successful delivery marketing programs.
· Serve as project manager for releases, collaborating with promotion, media, digital creative, and sales staff.
Compensation:
$125,000-$150,000/up to 10% discretionary bonus
