We are seeking a Marketing Manager to provide support to our long-term acute care line of business with a focus on planning, executing, and enhancing marketing initiatives, supporting the growth of the division and driving results.

Essential Functions

  • Lead marketing planning, strategy and execution activities to support our specialty hospital line of business to drive meaningful growth
  • Form marketing strategies and campaigns in support of multi-disciplinary projects from launch to execution within allocated time, resources and budget
  • Collaborate closely with sales, managed care and other key stakeholders to plan, manage, and coordinate marketing strategies, media assets and delivery
  • Drive marketing planning and alignment initiatives, including the development of communications and facilitating strategic meetings for marketing needs
  • Create, own ongoing management/updates to media assets including collaterals, website(s), presentations, podcasts and other marketing media.
  • Report on marketing activity including recommendations and clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators and metrics
  • In collaboration with the communications team, drive content management that attracts and informs B2B and B2C audiences; including, online and print collateral and content (primarily on public-facing websites and social channels)

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Proficient at Microsoft products, i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Effective communicator including oral and written communications
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Capable of working independently and delivering appropriate and timely feedback to leadership and team members
  • Approximate percent of time required to travel: 10%
Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field required.
  • 5 years in marketing and communications leadership roles
  • 5 marketing, internal communications, strategic planning and/or public relations

 

Depending on the candidate’s qualifications, we may fill this at a different level.
