Evidence In Motion is Hiring a Program Marketing Manager Near Louisville, KY

Overview

The Program Marketing Manager is a key player in the success of EIM’s University Partner (UP) business. EIM partners with leading colleges and universities to power hybrid, accelerated doctorate programs in health care (Doctor of Physical Therapy, Doctor of Occupational Therapy, and Physician Assistant programs). In our partnership with the University, we offer a variety of services through all phases of development of the hybrid program. This includes accreditation, student enrollment, faculty recruitment, marketing, curriculum development, and clinical placement. A few of our University Partners include Hanover College, Hawaii Pacific University, Bowling Green State University and others.

As a member of EIM’s University Partner marketing team, the Program Marketing Manager will own and oversee the organic marketing strategy and execution for their assigned programs and university brands. This includes developing organic marketing strategies that drive effective and differentiated marketing campaigns. This leader will help drive the success of each program’s unique goals, turning data into actionable strategy, and continuously generating innovative concepts to improve team processes and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

This is an in office position in Louisville, KY

Responsibilities/Functions:

  • Manage, develop, and motivate a team of Program Marketing Strategists and Marketing Coordinators.
  • Own and develop the overarching organic marketing growth strategies that will drive toward program enrollment goals. Marketing areas for which this team is responsible include content marketing, organic social media, email marketing, event support and promotion, and more.
  • In collaboration with marketing leaders and team members, develop and manage the Go-to-market/launch marketing strategy and plan.
  • Evaluate, develop and implement improved processes, technology, etc. to support team performance and effectiveness.
  • Nurture strong, functional relationships across marketing and other EIM teams.
  • Monitor and analyze program performance and communicate pertinent data to optimize efforts.
  • Support Program Marketing Strategists in managing the partner relationship with key stakeholders. Handle escalated issues as needed.
  • Develop and implement KPIs and data tracking for organic marketing efforts.
  • In collaboration with program strategists, lead and support regular strategy sessions to identify opportunities and solutions.
  • Manage program marketing budget in collaboration with other marketing leaders.
  • Support marketing reporting efforts.
  • Support other projects and activities as needed.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Marketing, Communication, English or related field; equivalent experience considered
  • 6 years of marketing experience, with 1-2 years managing direct reports
  • Experience with CRM platforms and Marketing automation tools, Salesforce preferred
  • Experience working in an agency environment is a plus, but not required
  • Higher Education experience a plus
