Our team of professionals includes architects, MEPTC engineers, interior designers, energy engineers, landscape architects, construction administration professionals, and administrative and support staff—all working together to serve clients’ needs, build stronger communities, and improve lives.
Schmidt Associates is looking for a dynamic Project Architect to join the team! The Sr. Project Architect will be responsible for the tactical implementation of projects, achieve project objectives, financial profit and establish relationships that enable repeat projects and positive referrals. The ideal candidate must be consistently aware & accountable for project performance, schedule, and cost. Responsibilities would include providing design coordination and technical leadership to the Project Team for all phases of a Project. Ability to plan and meet project budget and deadlines, and a holistic understanding of design and construction process while maintaining quality standards and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Professional experience in construction documents using Revit is required
  • Working knowledge of building codes, standards and construction
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, energetic with good communication and organizational skills
Experience/Education:
  • Minimum of 5 years professional experience
  • Bachelor’s or Masters’ degree in Architecture
  • Project Management experience a plus
