Proposal Development Specialist and Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented and versatile Proposal Development Specialist and Graphic Designer. This role is pivotal in creating compelling proposals that effectively communicate our strengths, align with client needs, and showcase our commitment to design excellence. The ideal candidate will have a flair for both creative design and strategic content creation, ensuring our proposals are visually appealing and substantively persuasive.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, design, and manage proposal documents, integrating engaging content with innovative graphic design.
Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to compile project information, ensuring proposals are comprehensive and tailored to specific client requirements.
Create and maintain a repository of proposal materials, including templates, project sheets, and staff resumes.
Manage multiple proposal projects simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines and guidelines.
Engage in strategy discussions for proposal development, contributing creative solutions for continuous improvement.
Monitor industry trends and client feedback to refine proposal strategies and designs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in proposal development and graphic design, ideally within the AEC industry.
Strong proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Exceptional writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the AE industry, especially in community, healthcare, K12, and university sectors, is a plus.
