Summary

Eagle Eye Networks is seeking a Sales Engineer to contribute to an established group of pre and post sales engineering teams. This role will assist the Enterprise sales channel with product demonstrations, technical presentations, customer training, and system design and scoping. This position will operate in a highly dynamic environment, so the candidate must possess the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise through delivery of product demonstrations and presentations
• Become a product and solution expert, offering in-depth support and guidance to sales partners, key clients, and the wider Eagle Eye Networks applications
• Provide pre-sales technical support to the Enterprise sales team to advance opportunities
• Conduct and participate in training sessions, workshops, and onsite technical/sales training to elevate the knowledge of the team, resellers, dealers, and end-users
• Provide technical expertise in answering RFIs, RFPs, Security Questionnaires, and customer inquiries
• Ensure timely responses to all pre-sales technical support questions and requests
• Be an acknowledged thought leader on industry trends and the competitive landscape

Experience

• 2-4 years of pre-sales technical support or engineering experience; experience with Video Surveillance or a SaaS company
• Proficient in Cyber Security and networking, with an understanding of common protocols, security methods, topography, and best practices
• Exceptional organizational/planning skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to effectively convey technical concepts with simplicity
• Energetic and enthusiastic professional demeanor with a commitment to continuous learning and growth
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and high-intensity team environment
