Description
Duval Ford is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our service Business Development Center team! The Business Development Representative serves as a liaison between Duval Ford and its service customers.
The representative will play a crucial role in maintaining or creating customer satisfaction and loyalty for Duval Ford, by establishing, developing and fostering quality relationships with potential and existing customers.
The job is focused on setting appointments for service teams and following up with those previously serviced customers to ensure quality products and services were provided to each customer.
