DiligenceVault is Hiring a Remote Sales Development Representative

We are currently seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help cover our fast-growing North American region. You will be responsible for developing and qualifying prospects in North America spanning all of the United States, as well as the Canadian market. You will be part of a driven team solving an important problem facing the investment management industry involving institutional investors, hedge funds, private equity, mutual funds, and wealth platforms. We like to surround ourselves with people that are warm and collaborative, entrepreneurial and can work in an environment that is fun and engaging.

As the SDR, North America, your responsibilities include:

  • Communicate with large numbers of prospects, through emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings to build a robust pipeline.
  • Drive growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities.
  • Create email campaigns & sequences.
  • Schedule product demonstrations for the Sales Team to showcase the capabilities of the DV platform and the innovation being brought to the industry.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales proposals, contracts, and marketing materials.
  • Participate in industry events, and generate social media engagement.
  • Share prospect & client feedback with the product team to continually enhance the platform offerings.
  • Collaborate and support marketing activities in providing market segment inputs.
  • Assist the Sales Team to close deals and transition clients to the Client Services team.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using a sales CRM system.
  • Produce creative content for our newsletter and blog.
  • Desire to grow with the firm and become a Salesperson (Account Executive).
  • Design and maintain a sales development framework that can be scaled as the team grows.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3 years of proven track record in sales development within the B2B Tech or FinTech space (startup experience preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Communications, or relevant discipline.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a team environment and a global team.
  • Competitive drive to beat sales targets, positive attitude, incredible work ethic, and superior catch-up skills.
  • Ability to succeed within a high-volume sales environment: prospecting, cold outreach, and building pipelines.
  • Fast learner, organized, and a relationship builder.
  • Excellent presentation and articulate communication skills.
  • Diligence in maintaining CRM, with experience with Hubspot or other similar - CRM sales systems.
