CURO Financial Technologies Corp is Hiring an IT Support Analyst Near Chicago, IL

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

  • Providing first level support for PCs, standard and proprietary software/applications, network connectivity, and peripherals such as printers, achieving and maintaining a high level of customer service and first call resolution
  • Acting as central point of contact between the customer and IT
  • Utilizing the company’s issue tracking system to document customer contacts, issues, and requests. Ensure proper documentation, timely follow-up, appropriate escalation, and resolution of reported issues
  • Performing support and maintenance either remotely or at the customer’s location to resolve problems using basic troubleshooting and technical skills
  • Adhering to workflow and service level expectations between teams to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Understanding the critical nature of the business and making every reasonable effort to achieve defined service level agreement expectations and/or provide acceptable workarounds.
  • Utilizing IT knowledgebase as a part of troubleshooting and researching customer issues, and sharing knowledge with customers and colleagues by submitting frequently asked questions for publication

Qualifications

What you should have:

  • Good understanding of common desktop operating systems, software and hardware products such as Windows 10/11, Mac iOS, Microsoft 365, Dell and Lenovo PCs/laptops, Mac Books, common browsers such as Edge and Chrome, and network printers
  • Good understanding of Azure Active Directory tenants and experience performing basic functions such as permissions and password changes required
  • Experience performing basic network troubleshooting in both enterprise and small office environments required
  • Experience working with/basic troubleshooting with VDIs. Amazon Workspace (AWS) experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of Exchange
  • Must be team oriented, have good customer service, and good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities, circumstances and direction required
  • Ability to learn and utilize new applications and software systems effectively and efficiently
  • Associate’s Degree from an accredited college, university or technical college or above preferred
  • Minimum of one year of related work experience in a customer service environment required
  • HDI, Network and/or A Certification preferred, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals and/or AWS Cloud Practitioner a plus
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional overtime and on-call support

Base Hourly Range: $23.00 - $25.00

The base hourly range represents the low and high end of the anticipated hourly range for this position based on the state average. The actual base hourly offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience. 

All full-time salaried employees are eligible for the following benefits, starting on day one: Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, and other voluntary coverages. You will also be eligible to participate in our 401k program, starting on the first of the month following 30 days of employment with a company match.
