Robert Half is currently seeking a Deskside Support Analyst II to join our client's IT team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT systems, an ability to resolve complex issues efficiently, and possess outstanding communication skills. Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the central point of contact for all IT related incidents and service requests. 2. Monitor, support and maintain the IT infrastructure within the company, including desktops, software, network equipment and printers. 3. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to resolution. 4. Adhere to all company help desk policies, procedures, and standards in the performance of duties. 5. Document all interactions, incidents, and resolutions in the Helpdesk system. 6. Support user access to corporate network, document management system, email, and other corporate applications. 7. Assist in the maintenance and update of IT inventory. 8. Coordinate with the IT Manager and other teams to ensure efficient operation of the company’s network infrastructure. 9. Provide remote support for offsite users and or other offices as needed. 10. Perform regular system upgrades and provide regular status reports.
