Job Description:

The administrative assistant will provide direct support to the firm principal for the purpose of maintaining business communication, social media content creation and management, marketing support and general office and administrative support. The firm provides design services to a variety of clients including national architectural firms, local corporate clients, real estate developers and private residential homeowners. We are seeking an individual with the interest and experience necessary to perform well in this high earner/professional services environment.

The assistant will be an integral part of the team providing business support as necessary to ensure that our team can focus its energies on the creation of design solutions demanded by our clients. The selected candidate will be professional, positive, team oriented, energetic, entrepreneurial, and confident.

All candidates should feel comfortable working in a small firm on a flexible basis. Work will be performed at both our Tampa office location and on a remote basis. We anticipate 80% of the work will be completed on a remote basis after initial startup. To work effectively, candidates should be driven, organized and design oriented.

Necessary Skills

• Highly computer savvy. Candidates should have a high level of comfort with computers and professional software applications such as MS Office 365. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design is highly desired.
