****About the Role:****

The Chef is responsible for developing and executing culinary solutions to meet members needs and tastes. Offers a wide variety of culinary solutions to meet members needs and tastes. Oversees, executes, and manages culinary operations to meet production, presentation, and service standards. Applies culinary techniques to food preparation and manages the final presentation and service of food.

****Responsibilities:****

* Create and direct our menu and develop dishes as we continue to grow and evolve

* Standardize recipes and plate presentations

* Manage and execute the food prep process & service

* Coordinate with Clubhouse Manager regarding food inventory, menu changes, and development

* Use P&L statements to effectively manage costs and meet budgets

* Follow all health department standards and always seek ways to help the kitchen run in a more organized, clean, and efficient way.

****What We're Looking For:****

* Should be knowledgeable about standard culinary techniques and protocols

* Requires at least 3-5 years of BoH experience. Preferable 2 years in a management role

* Knowledge of profit and loss analysis

* Passion for the companys mission, positioning, and brand

* Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail

* Adaptable startup mindset

* Needs to be based in Los Angeles

* Food Safety Certified

* Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights
