Duties:- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and provide guidance on hiring decisions
- Oversee the administration of payroll, benefits, and compensation programs
Experience:- Minimum of 2 years of progressive HR experience, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field a plus
- Prior Nursing Home experience a MUST
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Proven experience in talent management, training development, and change management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
