The Terrace at Crystal is a Skilled Nursing Facility dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. We prioritize compassion, professionalism, and excellence in everything we do. As we continue to expand and grow, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a full time maintenance technician.
The maintenance technician is responsible for creating a safe and secure enviroment by maintaining the building, grounds and equipment in an efficient manner consisitent with regulations and policies. Must multi task, work independently and work under supervision
Assignments include:
- Floor Care
- Building maintenance
- Resident Moves
- Painting
- Staff and resident requests
