Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking to take on a leadership role? We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Weekend RN Nursing Supervisor to join our team. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing staff during weekend shifts to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery. 
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to nursing staff as needed.
• Collaborate with director of nursing and nurse managers to address any issues or concerns that may arise during weekend shifts. 
• Serve as a resource for nursing staff regarding patient care procedures, protocols, and best practices. 
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as necessary. 
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings sessions, and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

• Current MN RN license 
• Supervisory or leadership role experience 
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Abilit to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
