Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager (Guest Readiness Coordinator) to oversee and lead our housekeeping team in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel or hospitality housekeeping management.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Train new housekeeping employees on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle guest requests or complaints promptly and professionally

Experience:

- Previous experience in hotel, custodial, or industrial cleaning
- Proven track record in housekeeping management
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and best practices
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
