Caring Hands Behavioral Health Center is seeking a program manager.  We are looking to hire a Program Manager who will supervise, coordinate and oversee our OMHC and PRP programs. We are looking for highly energetic, motivated individuals who want to work on the frontlines of a growing industry.

Qualifications Include:

• Clinical knowledge of ICD-10 & DSM V
• Ability to work independently
• Demonstrates effective communication “warm hand offs” between providers, shifts and departments
• Knowledge of patient rights and laws pertaining to mental health and more

Duties:

• Monitor and approve program expenditures.
• Prepare financial statements and maintain records pertaining to program activities.
• Purchase or approve the purchase of equipment and supplies needed by the staff and program.
• Supervise the program’s staff.
• Schedule program work, oversee daily operations, coordinate the activities of the program and set priorities for managing the program.
• Manage marketing and outreach to the community.
• Billing weekly and serve as liaisons between office partners, patients and payors.
• Following up on claim status, resolving denials & rejections, re-billings, re-submitting claims, & filing appeals
• Reviewing clinic sales daily for appropriate documentation, generating and billing claims and invoices on a weekly basis, and follow up on unpaid accounts.
