Shift: 40 hrs.; Monday – Friday; On-call commitments
The Program Manager is accountable for the overall administrative and clinical supervision, training, and support within their Care Coordination teams, serving children, youth, and adolescents. The Program Manager will drive continuous quality improvement activities including review, implementation, and monitoring of policies, procedures, and evidence-based best practices. Regularly collaborates with colleagues across organizational departments and teams for consistency and continuity of provided services. The program manager will engage in the following activities, including but not limited to: strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives; Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement; Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance; Oversee all program staff, ensuring program goals are reached; Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity.
Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Psychology, Nursing, or Medicine, Required
Credentials: Licensed as a LCSW-C or LCPC
Experience: Three years’ experience in a mental health supervisory/management role, Required;
5-7 years’ experience working with children and youth with mental health or co-occurring disorders, Required
Additional: Valid and unrestricted driver’s license, Required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Products, Required
Proficiency and familiarity with EHR/EMR systems, Preferred
BLS/CPR Certification, Preferred
Mental Health First Aid Certification, Preferred
Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or computer workstation.
Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and reaching.
Must be able to lift weights up to 50 pounds at times.
