LifeBridge Health is Hiring a PROGRAM COORDINATOR CENTER FOR HOPE Near Baltimore, MD
Position Summary:
The Program Coordinator will assist the Program Manager in all aspects of current program management as well as program expansion efforts.
The Coordinator will help to develop, organize, and update policies and procedures for the program. The Coordinator will maintain regular communication with all program staff, disseminating information as needed.
The Coordinator will ensure the collection and reporting of program data as directed by the Data and Grants Management team.
The Coordinator will serve as the liaison between program partners and the program, itself, and will conduct trainings on program subject matter expertise and the programmatic model.
The Program Coordinator is also responsible for other pertinent duties as assigned by the Program Manager.
The Candidate must be self-motivated,detail-oriented and flexible as this position will grow and duties may expand as Center for Hope continues to grow
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Family Studies, Family Science, Psychology, Criminal Justice or other similar fields (degree must be obtained within six months of hire).
1-3 years of professional experience
Must have a proven ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
