JOB SUMMARY:

The Sports Program Coordinator works in collaboration with the Practice Manager and Sports Medicine Providers to assist in providing optimum patient care coordination. The Program Coordinator serves as a point of contact for athletes, trainers, and coaches that are seeking care with any and all sports medicine providers. The Program Coordinator assists in establishing and maintaining external relationships with athletic programs at the high school, club, and collegiate level and serves as the key contact person for all communication and engagement related to LBH partnerships. They oversee the intake process for all athletes. The Program Coordinator also assures that there is follow through with outlined care plans and assists with the coordination of follow-up care needs and referral management as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in athletics as an athlete or coach and/or sidelines experience preferred
• 1-3 years of experience

Preferred candidate will have played DI or DII collegiate sports, minimal to moderate office experience, retail/entrepreneurial experience, etc.
