Summary

JOB SUMMARY: Promotes successful operations while enhancing the customer experience by engaging in activities that support Patient Access. The Patient Access Associate level one is responsible for interviewing patients and patient representatives to perform complete, timely and accurate registrations in support of the Revenue Cycle.
REQUIREMENTS: Entry level knowledge; basic professional skills; High School Diploma, GED equivalent or High School certificate. 1-3 years of experience.
