We are working with a leading tech companythat is looking to recruit a Dutchspeaking Service Desk Agent tojoin their team in Lisbon or Braga.
Location : Remote / work from home in themainland Portugal or onsite in Lisbon orBraga

DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide1st line support to customers in case of incidents incidentsproblems and requests related to hardware and software productsbasic networking etc. in a timely manner
- Ensurepleasant customer experience and timely resolution or escalate to arelevant department
- Act as a team player be ahelpful and effective member of theteam
- Document actions taken in resolvingroutine customer enquiries
REQUIREMENTS :
- Native / fluentin Dutch both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2level)
- Computer literate with sound knowledgeof Microsoft Office suite
- Excellentcommunication skills with ability to emphasise with thecustomer
- Comfortable communicating usingvarious channels (telephone emailchat)
- Analytical mindset with great criticalthinking skills and attention to detail
- Abilityto work rotatingshifts

- Remoteposition available from anywhere in Portugal as well as onsitelocations available in Braga and Lisbon
- 14salaries a year
- Shift Allowance 4170 monthly x14
- Retention bonus of 2000 of which 1000 willbe paid on your 3rd month of contract and the other 1000 will bepaid on your 9th month of contract
