Compensation: $25 per hour, with an additional $10,000 annual bonus potential Comprehensive benefits include health care, life insurance, vision, dental, telemedicine (100% coverage for families with zero deductible), and coverage for psychiatry, therapy, and counseling. Your Mission:

As a Member Success Specialist, your mission is to support and retain members by:

  • Providing resources to aid members in making progress and achieving results.
  • Encouraging members to persevere, preventing cancellations, and handling cancel requests effectively.
  • Assisting members in utilizing our platform and resources to identify qualifying properties for loan applications.
  • Communicating the benefits of our software and products effectively.
  • Upselling and downscaling to different membership programs to retain members.

  • CRM: Experience with any CRM, bonus if familiar with HubSpot.
  • Google Sheets, Excel, Drive: Proficiency in basic formulas and more than basic use, including file organization and permission sharing.

  • Conflict Resolution: Ability to handle crucial conversations, listening actively, and reaching resolutions without becoming combative.
  • Soft Sales: Skill in offering upgrade options for products and memberships.
