Recruiting

1. Following our system
2. Using the phone and Text message 

Executive Assistant

1. Tasks and responsibilities assigned by the CEO. Like order pizza for remote team ect
2. Sort mail scanned
3. Follow up on Team Priorities

Learning and Backing up all other roles 

1. You would need to learn all roles enough to fill in for a day, a week or even a few months fi someone is transitioning
2. This includes handling customer Service, Upset Customers, making or receiving phone calls

Company Events

1. Remembering team members birthdays
2. Monthly get team get togethers plan and execute

• Recruiting : Will be responsible for recruiting 3-4 roles at the same time. Doing resume Screen, phone screen. Following our Set process
• Strong phone sales
•  Office Admin - Order on board Gifts, Set up home delivery for rewards, cal vendors
• Backup Roles- Helping in Customer Service, Upset Customers, Loan Closing Setting Anything needed
• Phone Skills: demonstrate a track record of calling over the phone. Answering questions with Confidence and putting callers at ease
