Leavitt Group Agency Association is Hiring a Remote Client Support Specialist , REMOTE

Leavitt Group's Risk Management Center is looking to add new talent to their team. Client Support Specialist (RMC) will be communicating with Leavitt Clients with the goal to teach them how to use the Leavitt Risk Management Center (RMC) software platform, set- up new client accounts, communicate with Leavitt Colleagues on client set-up and questions while being the liaison between Leavitt Group and our vendor partner, KPA, for client support.

Tasks and Responsibilities 

Provide Client Demos and Training on the RMC Software Platform

  • Gather information about the clients and activate client accounts.
  • Manage scheduling for client demos and training appointments.
  • Provide clients an overview demo and training on software platform via Zoom.
  • Follow-up on client questions and information requests.

Answer Client Emails and Phone Calls

  • Provide technical support to our clients on the RMC software.
  • Answer account set-up questions.
  • Provide step-by-step guidance.

Facilitate Colleague Webinars

  • Run training meetings via Zoom for Risk Management Center champions.
    1. Prepare PowerPoint presentation decks.
    2. Distribute content and information as a meeting follow-up.
  • Provide our producers with RMC information and materials to assist them with their Sales and Retention strategies. 

Emails and Phone Calls with Co-Owners, Producers, and Customer Service Reps

  • Collaborate with the Loss Control Team on client questions and services.
  • Provide clients with customized RMC demos by meeting with producers and gathering specific client information.
  • Compile RMC marketing resources to send to producers.

Media and Programming Collaborations

  • Submit RMC Tip of the month to the internal media team, Leavitt Media, for publication on our internal Leavitt website.
  • Work with Leavitt Media to create step-by-step instruction guides as client training material.
  • Maintain RMC Sales Support as well as Marketing Information and Materials on our internal Leavitt website.

KPA Collaborations

  • Communicate with vendor partner KPA on account usage questions,
  • Be the liaison between the KPA HR team and our clients to help them find answers to HR and employment law questions.
  • Work with KPA to resolve technical issues on our clients’ behalf.

Job Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Must be willing to facilitate webinars, uninterrupted, with camera turned on.
  • Proficient in Excel
    1. Know how to create charts; sort, manipulate, and interpret data; manage multiple worksheets.
    2. Know how to communicate the information.
  • Must be detail oriented.
    1. Be willing to read your emails before sending to check for mistakes.
  • Must be able to work independently.

Working Conditions:

  • The Client Support Specialist will work from home as a REMOTE employee and will be provided necessary office equipment to accomplish the job.
  • This position includes potential travel 1-3 times a year. To either Cedar City, UT or Las Vegas for overnight trips.
  • Position is not location specific but is expected to be available, uninterrupted from 8 am- 5pm Mountain Time with an hour for lunch.
