Spang Engineered Solutions, a division of Spang & Company, has an opening for a Technical Sales Manager at its Pittsburgh, PA office. This position will be responsible for serving assigned established customers through outstanding account management and technical expertise from proposals, costing, and quotations through delivery of orders. This position will also cultivate and grow additional business within the assigned customer base by strategically communicating the SES value proposition (customer service, flexible manufacturing options, and technical expertise) to maximize profitability using cost-plus and market pricing.
Spang Engineered Solutions designs and manufactures custom inductive components for an array of industries including renewable energy, solar, medical, aerospace, automotive, and military. Our manufacturing locations include Pittsburgh, PA, Phoenix AZ in the U.S.A., and Xiamen, China.
Primary responsibilities will include:
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Physics. 3 -7 years of sales, engineering, or business development experience is required.
