Overview

BrightSpring is hiring a Marketing Manager with strong digital platform skills – with emphasis on WordPress. The ideal candidate will have strong experience creating, managing, and reporting on digital platforms – websites, native apps, and third-party platforms (social media, location management, etc.). The Digital Marketing Manager is part of the internal agency team and primarily manages the organizations line-of-business website, cloud-based hosting, online listings, and other parts of the BrightSpring digital footprint. We need a hands-on leader who will be responsible for daily operational needs related to planning, development, and implementation of the organization’s marketing strategies in digital mediums. The Digital Marketing Manager collaborates with business partners and marketing team members in the development of websites, microsites, landing pages, social pages, location information, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of dozens of digital platforms, most in WordPress.
  • Identifies and understands customer requirements, business requirements, and opportunities to serve unmet needs and drive business goals
  • Works to create, manage, coordinate and execute marketing strategies and implement tactical plans that drive business growth and brand awareness
  • Facilitates the creation of internal and external assets and supporting collateral for websites and other digital experiences, social media, and online brand and reputation management
  • Creates, refines, and manages online content intended to maximize quality organic traffic, promote business objectives, and create good user experiences
  • Works with the Creative Manager to maintain and oversee all branding materials within organization to ensure branding consistency across all mediums
  • Supervises outside or contract agency partners/vendors and approves and coordinates projects and manage creating aspects
  • Manages outside advertising agency partners and vendors to ensure strong ROI on all digital projects
  • Works closely with the Director of Marketing and internal agency team to drive line-of-business brand goals through digital channels
  • Implements and maintains proper and robust tracking on all digital platforms using Google Analytics and other tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, advertising, or related discipline required
  • Graduate degree in a related field is desirable
  • Experience in designing, building, launching, and maintain digital experiences – particularly in WordPress – with the goal of driving lead generation or similar consumer actions
    • A strong knowledge of the WordPress Content Management System is required
    • A strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console are required
  • Possesses five or more years of progressively responsible experience working successfully in corporate and/or agency marketing environments
  • Familiarity with Google Marketing Platform, Social Media Marketing tools, CRM tools, and other digital marketing tools
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present and engage with executive stakeholders
  • Ability to interpret and meet the wants and needs of internal customers to create initiatives and products within the brand guidelines
  • Experience supporting health and human services businesses and/or multi-brand organization a plus
  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design, creation, and management of digital platforms – particularly WordPress website
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational, and personal skills
  • Must have the desire and drive to lead, manage and work hands-on in the creation of meaningful digital marketing experiences designed to support business goals
  • Proven ability to analyze and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of digital platforms and accordingly plan and execute enhancements and new marketing tactics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
