Designation: Business Development Manager
Location : Irving, TX
Roles and Responsibility:
· Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
· Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements.
· Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
· Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
· Serve as the link of communication between customers and Brainvire teams Members.
· Resolve issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust-relationship.
· Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
· Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Desired Candidates Profile:
· 4 to 8 Years of experience in IT Business Development.
· 3 Years of experience in generating lead for IT services.
· Must have experience in selling technology or staff argumentation.
· 2-3 Years of experience in account management role.
· Flexibility with office timing depending upon business requirements
· Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
· Good communication within the team.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Knowledge of customer success processes.
· Experience in document creation.
