OSP Labs Pvt. Ltd. is Hiring a Business Development Manager / Healthcare IT Sales / IT Sales Near Irving, TX

We are actively seeking a qualified sales representative to join our team and contribute to the sale of services crucial to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the sales process, demonstrating proficiency in lead generation, relationship building, and deal closure. They must be quick to grasp our service offerings, possess strong negotiation skills, and effectively articulate the value of our solutions. Additionally, they should excel in delivering presentations, networking at events, and adapting their approach to both in-person and virtual interactions.

Objectives of this Role:

  • Represent the company’s services with a foundation in consumer research and a comprehensive understanding of how our solutionsfulfill customer needs.
  • Attain weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through the effective implementation of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Drive lead generation and relationship building by strategically organizing daily schedules to engage with existing and potential customers.
  • Develop and execute a territory action plan leveraging data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on field interactions and outcomes.
  • Maintain an individual sales pipeline, tracking progress and proactively managing leads through each stage of the sales cycle.
  • Independently generate leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and targeted outreach efforts.
  • Conduct in-person meetings with clients and prospects, including traveling between states as needed to foster relationships and close deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and capitalize on potential sales opportunities.
  • Prospect, schedule appointments, conduct effective qualifying sales calls, and navigate the sales cycle to secure new business.
  • Demonstrate expertise in our services, conducting demonstrations/presentations, and effectively addressing objections.
  • Achieve sales objectives by evaluating current client requirements and adhering to a defined selling process with potential buyers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Four or more years of sales experience in the healthcare sector, with a proven track record in IT sales
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems
  • Strong ability to discern prospect needs and effectively communicate value propositions, especially in the IT domain.
  • Experience in selling IT solutions or services, with a solid understanding of technical terminology and industry trends.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with IT decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with IT sales methodologies and best practices, such as consultative selling or solution-based selling
  • Ability to maintain an individual sales pipeline, with a focus on proactive lead generation through networking events and other channels.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Compensation package:
