Description

This position is responsible for targeting top real estate salespeople, teams, managers and company owners to own and operate a RE / MAX franchise.

This is a very unique opportunity to be a key contributor to the growth and expansion of the RE / MAX Network!

Position requires the following :

  • Driven, motivated, self-starter with history of sales success
  • 2 years of demonstrated successful field sales experience
  • Success in managing entire sales process. From prospecting to close.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently from their home office
  • Sales Professionals only order takers need not apply

Hire Range / Rate :

$45,000 - $55,000 Base Salary commission structure

Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education / certifications, or geographic location.

The offer rate represents one component of the RE / MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below.

Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
