Job Summary: As our Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Trusted Ally Home Care, you will play a vital role in supporting the Business Development Team by driving lead generation, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments. Your primary responsibilities will focus on prospecting, nurturing relationships, and qualifying leads to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities for our Business Development Team to follow up on and close.
Job Duties:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads within target demographics using various sources including the proprietary lists owned by company, industry databases, online research, social media, and internal referrals. Employ extensive cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement to initiate contact and introduce our home health care services to prospects generally so qualified leads can be closed by business development team.
  • Qualification and Lead Scoring: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria including relevant work history, need for services, and desire for services. Implement lead scoring methodology within to prioritize leads based on their likelihood to convert and align with our ideal customer profile. Regularly update lead status and lead scores in online tools to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of lead pipeline metrics for Business Development Director.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with leads through personalized outreach, follow-up communication, and value-added interactions. Schedule appointments, consultations, and follow-up meetings with prospects for regional business development lead using Microsoft365 calendar tools
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our home health care services inside of the Department of Labor program (DEEOIC), including features, benefits, and competitive positioning. Articulate the value proposition of our services to prospects and address any questions or objections they may have.
  • Communication and Presentation: Communicate effectively with prospects via phone, email, and other channels, presenting information about our services in a clear, compelling manner.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, lead status changes, and sales activities in Excel and Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaboration with Business Development Team: Collaborate closely with the Business Development Team to transition qualified leads and opportunities, providing detailed background information and insights to facilitate seamless handoffs.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze reports to track key performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and opportunity win rates. Use data-driven insights to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in lead generation and qualification processes.
  • Continuous Learning and Development: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to sales development and home health care services. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Compliance and Data Security: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and guidelines governing sales activities and data management, including HIPAA regulations for healthcare information. Adhere to data security protocols and best practices when handling sensitive prospect information within Salesforce CRM and Microsoft365 tools.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Lead Nurturing: Implement lead nurturing strategies, including drip email campaigns, targeted content delivery, and personalized follow-up, to keep prospects engaged and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from prospects regarding their experience with our sales process, services, and offerings.
  • Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential areas for expansion within the home health care market.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure alignment and coordination of sales and business development efforts.
Education and Experience Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency of CRM tools including Microsoft Excel sheets and Salesforce
  • 2-5 years of cold-calling sales experience required
  • Department of Labor-specific experience preferred
