Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. This position plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members - Transcribe and distribute meeting minutes as needed - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents - Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing - Provide general administrative support to staff members as requested Qualifications: - Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred - Knowledge of front desk procedures and phone etiquette - Proficient in using computerized systems, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information We offer competitive compensation, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for growth within the company.
