JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant

SUMMARY: Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office and to support Operations and Claims departments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, imaging, copying, faxing, and mailing.
• Opens, sorts, and distributes returned mail and other mail as needed.
• Proactively maintains highly organized filing system; files correspondence and other records.
• Appropriately handles all inbound mail received.
• Provides back-up when similar roles are absent.
• Assists with special projects as needed.
• Meets and greets visitors as needed.
• Handles other office duties including scanning and organizing corporate documents.
• Performs data entry duties as assigned.
• Maintains a high level of confidentiality when working with sensitive or private information.
• Plans, prioritizes, and organizes workload to ensure deadlines are appropriately met.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient on Microsoft Office.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
