We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Agent Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and previous experience in the real estate industry. As a Real Estate Agent Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our real estate agents, ensuring smooth transactions, and delivering exceptional customer service to clients.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Real Estate License or Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Availability to work evenings and weekends (Remotely)
• Proficiency in utilizing databases for client information management and Microsoft Office for document creation
• Must be proficient in Google ads and social media posts

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update transaction documents in the client database for real estate agents
• Monitor and notify clients of important deadlines and legal procedures
• Assist in scheduling appointments and final walkthroughs
• Market the company on social media platforms and plan company events
• Ensure timely completion of paperwork for all real estate transactions
• Provide exceptional customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders
• Schedule necessary appointments, including open houses and final walkthroughs
• Ensure compliance with tax withholding processes and legal requirements
• Arrange open houses and community events to enhance brand awareness locally
