WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Provide exceptional customer service. Answer incoming phones calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
• Manage data entry in SiteLink/Yardi and provide administrative support in maintaining accurate data integrity
• Vendor engagement, facilitation and communication
• Ensure daily and monthly reporting requirements, changes and updates are completed in a timely and accurate fashion
• Ensure compliance with procedures while completing tasks
• Provide administrative support to various teams as needed
• Other administrative tasks as required

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

• 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative role (Maintenance, Facilities or Construction) is preferred
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to construct and collate routine reports and correspondence
• Must complete and pass a Criminal Record Check
• Preference for candidates with experience using Yardi Property Management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with MS Project would be considered an asset
