Eagle Health Analytics (EHA), LLC is seeking an Administrative Assistant for Administrative Support to provide general administrative support to EPI TF Operations and Teams.Coordinate on- and off-boarding of contract staffCoordinate entry and orientation of CDC deployers to the Epi TFMaintain weekend on-call rosterCapture and disseminate weekly notes for Leadership “Huddle” meetingsMaintain email contact cards and excel contact sheets.Track coauthor items (e.g., Conflicts of Interest forms, Non-disclosure Agreements, etc.) for publications.Take and disseminate meeting notes.Assist with tracking projects, publications, questions and responses, guidance documents.Coordinate meeting logistics for in person meetings (make calendar reservations using Microsoft Outlook Teams, Zoom, or other meeting platforms; help prepare agendas, make copies and compile meeting materials; secure needed supplies such as flipcharts, pens, notepads, etc.)Coordinate and present travel needs of team with CDC travel preparerUpdate coauthor database and add in new people**This position is part-time working 20 hours a week**
