Responsibilities

• Scheduling appointments, meetings, and interviews
• Creating FOH weekly Schedule
• Assisting with communication between Apache and our vendors, partnering businesses, rental inquiries, etc.
• Responding to guest's questions and concerns
• Some social media posting as it pertains to your tasks
• Assisting GM with day to day business operations tasks
• Position has potential to grow into Assistant GM role based on performance & compatibility.

Qualifications

• Administrative/Customer Service experience
• Reliable Vehicle REQUIRED
• Must Have Restaurant Experience
• Strong Computer & Typing Skills
• Personal Assistant Experience
• Event Coordination

Compensation will be commensurate with experience
